Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again workers are not cooling perishable foods properly -Correction Order issued:

Braised chicken in large containers on counters -temperature is at 45 to 50 deg C and was cooked about 1.5 hours ago as per operator

Cooked marinated beef in large pot at 45 deg C also cooked about 1.5 hours ago on counters

Ice wands not ready to assist in cooling
