Corrective Action(s): Ensure all counter tops are constantly wiped with QUATs sanitizer solution to prevent pooling of water that may allow fruit flies harbourage.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUAT sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at final rinse temperature of 76.7C. Operator informed that all kitchen equipment/utensils are run through the dishwasher and that 3-compartment sink is for back-up. QUATs test strips available.
Prep coolers and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Temperature logs are well maintained.
No signs of pests observed at the time of inspection.

NOTE: Ensure to eliminate all standing water on the counter top of the cold drinks section and underneath the floor mats to prevent fruit flies harbourage during hot months. Obtain additional drain plugs for 3-compartment sink.

Staff takes FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent advertised as FoodSaftetyMarket but the issuing body is Managing Food Safety which is a FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course on BCCDC list of equivalency.
