Comments

- Unwrapped chocolate dispensing and pre-packaged boxes of chocolates sales only.
- Freezer present with pre-packaged ice cream bars. Temperature of freezer was -17C
- Handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Quats sanitizer solution present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- No signs of pest infestation at time of the inspection. Traps in place for monitoring. *Front area appears cluttered with packaging supplies stored in boxes on the ground. Floor area should be kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest issues. Store items on shelving or remove from this area.
