Observation: Observed equipment in the kitchen in need of repair.
1. Front cooler unit unable to close adequately without aid of piece of cardboard,
2. Ice machine lid broken and not secured in place when opening and closing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure these areas/equipment are fixed to maintain temperature and prevent contamination. If front unit unable to close fully and maintain 4C, use another unit capable maintaining a temperature of 4C or below.

Observation: Observed lack of thermometers in line coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure thermometers are placed in line coolers to assist with verifying temperatures of units and food.

Observation: Observed front line cooler compartment not closing entirely and product maintaining surface temperature of 12C.
Correction: Ensure potentially hazardous foods are kept at 4C or below. Ensure that unit is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or below.
Operator disposed of product during inspection and advised staff not to use compartment.

Observation: Observed areas of the premises in need of cleaning;
1. Dry good containers exteriors,
2. Top and sides of dishwasher,
3. Floor by the fryers and cooking area,
4. Dry good storage area, flour on ground and area.
Correction: Ensure these area are cleaned and sanitized regularily and maintained in a sanitary condition.

Observation: Observed front handwashing sink missing cold water and no paper towel in dispenser. Also back hand washing sink with faucet knob not working for hot water.
Correction: Ensure all hand washing sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap in a dispenser.
