Observation: The preparation cooler was at 7-8 degrees C at the time of inspection. The cooler has not been working properly as per the temperature logs.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the cooler so that it maintains 4 degrees C or below at all times. Do not store any foods or beverages if it is not maintaining 4 C or below. (Immediately)

* Dishwasher monitoring logs are not completed regularly. Ensure to monitor and record the wash temperature and final rinse (sanitizing)
temperatures for each day the dishwasher is used.
* Wipe off the tops lids of coffee brewers to remove build up of dirt etc.

Walk-in cooler: 3.5 degrees C.
Dishwasher reached 75 C during final rinse.
Quats sanitizer (ready to use) tested 200 ppm.
Deep freezer below -18 degrees C.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
