Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BALPYC: Audit conducted by the pest control company. All potential entry points to premise were sealed. At the time of inspection back door to premise was closed. Additional traps have been placed throughout the premise and servicing has been increased to every week. ***Some droppings were observed in the following areas: - lowest shelf for the storage of dry products. - lowest shelf for liquor storage. - window sill area for openable window in the dining area. ***Clean and sanitize with 200ppm quats the above noted areas. Servicing of the leak at the preparation line hand sink still pending. Additional staff to be sent to take FOODSAFE level 1 this week. Reminder in the absence of the operator at least one staff on duty has FOODSAFE level 1. Followup inspection in 1 month.
