-Premises maintained in a sanitary condition
-Handsinks in front service area, by dishwasher and in staff/public washrooms were equipped with h+c running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Temperatures of coolers were in compliance (4C or colder)
-Back 2-door cooler 1C
-Undercounter sandwich cooler 3C
-Open display cooler 3-4C
-Barista undercounter coolers 1-3C
-Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state
-Left single door freezer -22C
-Right single door freezer -24C
-Temperature monitoring in place. Records were up to date.
-High temperature was functioning and met sanitizing temperature requirement. Final rinse was 76C at dish surface.
-Wiping cloths stored in Quats sanitizer solution (200ppm). Test strips present to verify concentration.
-In use utensils (tongs, knives) are washed and sanitized every 2 hours.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest Control contract in place with monthly service. Report from 2-Apr-2018 shown at the time of the inspection.
