Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in proper manner. - 200ppm Quats available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. Automated dispenser at correct concentration. - Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - Professional pest control company contracted. Reports checked at this time. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. NOTE: One of the front prep cooler had a 'do not use' signage posted. No food to be stored in this unit until repaired (4'C). Good. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout. No signature required due to Covid-19.
