Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on July 26, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B2ZVFY). The following observations were made: - Significant improvements made to sanitary condition of facility - thank you for your co-operation. Areas underneath cook line and ventilation canopy, dishpit area have been cleaned and mopped - Food debris in walk-in cooler has been removed Ensure that the screen door is installed by August 10, 2018 as stated on the previous report. Reminder: Back doors should remain closed if no screen door is available.
