Follow up inspection conducted: Front display cooler is at 4 degrees C. Small amount of ice build up was noted in the condenser unit. Operator decided to turn the unit off during night to melt the ice. Food safety plan has been submitted. Review pending. Any repeated violation in regards to inaccessible hand washing station will result in progressive enforcement which may result in issue of violation ticket, closure/correction order, and/or more.
