* Clean the floor especially near the back door entrance as well as underneath shelves. ( By May 5, 2019)
* Clean floor under the metal filing cabinet in the front preparation area.
* The staff washroom door must be kept closed at all times.
* Ensure to monitor and record equipment temperatures ( Walk-in, pizza preparation coolers and beverage coolers) at least once a day.
* Re-install the baseboards behind the pizza preparation coolers.( May 8, 2019)
