Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blue plastic rice strainer covered in blackish-gray slimey mould. Remove this item from service immediately. [Note: Operator discarded strainer during inspection.]
Ensure food equipment/utensils are cleaned & sanitized on a regular basis. (1 x every 2 hours or as needed).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine detected in sanitizer spray bottle.
Inspector reviewed proper sanitizer solution components.
(1 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre of water).
New solution measured 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.

Observation: Mould growth observed on shelves and walls of walk-in cooler. Unclean conditions in the walk in cooler (ie: mould growth) can lead to contamination of food. this area has been neglected in terms of sanitation. Clean and sanitize shelves (remove all items from shelves), and walls of walk-in cooler. Use bleach solution to sanitize. Date to be corrected - Sept 20/16
