Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The hot water supply for handwash station at the front was turned off, allowing only cold running water.
Corrective Action(s): All handwash stations must be equipped with hot/cold running water at all times. Staff turned on the hot water supply at time of inspection to allow for adequate hand hygiene.

Comments

- Handwsh stations were all equipped with liquid soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water was available for all handsinks at the end of inspection
- All freezer units were at or below -18C
- All cooler units were at or below 4C
- Hot held foods were at or above 60C
- Sanitizer in spray bottle and buckets with towels were detected at 200ppm quats
- 3-compartment sink was in use for manual dishwashing. Manual dishwashing procedures were discussed. No concern
- Premises is well lit
- Surfaces are well-maintained
- No obvious signs of pests during inspection
- Pest control is in place with traps around the premises
