Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pink mildew noted on the water tray inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer tray measured with a concentration of less than 50 ppm while the tray was freshly filled from the dispenser. It was observed that the sanitizer dispenser was unable to dispense proper concentrated quats sanitizer for the first 8-10 seconds after turned on.
Corrective Action(s): Refill the tray with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. When turning on the sanitizer dispenser wait for at least 8 seconds before filling the sanitizer trays. Verify the concentration with quats test strips.
