Observation: Noted evidence of (mice dropping , broken tiles..) and flies
Corrective Action(s): -Hire a pest control professional to do a full assessment for the facility, minimum once per week contract is required.
-Clean and rectify all structural deficiencies noted by pest control immediately.

Comments

-Noted a number of different foods being prepared and in cooler, freezer. As communicated before facility does not have capacity for these foods.
**No meat grinding or cutting is permitted inside facility all meat for kebab to be ordered pre cut and grind. Remove all equipment for meat cutting or grinding.
