Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sprouts being stored near the front counter submerged in a tube of water at approx 18C. Potentially hazardous foods are required to be stored at <4C to prevent bacteria growth. Ensure all sprouts are stored at <4C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple cloths observed lying on the prep table. Observed operator rinsing cloths with cold water and wiping down food contact surfaces. Cloths left out are prone to bacterial growth. Ensure all cloths are submerged in sanitizer bucket with adequate sanitizer and can be used directly

Observation: Low temp dishwasher had no chlorine concentration. A minimum of 100ppm of chlorine is required to properly sanitize dishes. Operator called the technician and said he is coming tomorrow. As a temporary measure. Manually sanitize dishes in the 2 compartment sink

Observed soup in containers left at room temperature (approx 18C). Operator noted that it has been left out for approx 1 hour. Operator moved the soup into freezer prior to the end of inspection
Front cooler storing non-PHF's (soft drinks, whole lime) at 11C. Notified operator to not store PHF's in the cooler
Hand washing stations equipped w/hot/cold water, soap and paper towels
Sanitizer bucket at 50ppm of chlorine
All refrigeration temp @ 4C or below
All freezer temp at -18C
General sanitation is good
No signs of pest observed during time of inspection
*Talked to operator about using the hand washing sink exclusively for hand washing. Cups are taken back to wash in the dishwasher area
