Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Bleach sanitizer in the waitressing station was measured at 0ppm. Ice machine has mildew inside.)
Comments

Handwashing stations are fully stocked. Pump soap added at waitressing station handwash station.
Ceiling light above gravy station has been replaced.
Fish is bagged and stored in cardboard box in the walk-in freezer.
*note to increase lighting in the walk-in freezer for next routine.
Ice machine and pop fountain machine cleaned.
No raw fish left at room temperature at time of inspection.
Floor and shelving cleaning has been completed. General sanitation in office has improved.
Glue tapes have been replaced, additional fly trap added to draft beer area in the dining area.
