Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Food stored in pest proof containers. - 200ppm Chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags. NOTE: Ensure to obtain a new spray bottle. - Manual dishwashing sink equipped properly. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. NOTE: Ensure to have floor of the back storage room cleaned- floor spill. General maintenance and sanitation level satisfactory otherwise.
