Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen yogurt cartons stored at room temperature at time of inspection (surface temperature 14.1). Cartons had been stored at room temperature for 1 hour and moved to cooler during inspection.
Ensure potentially hazardous goods are always stored at < 4 C to prevent bacterial growth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): blender jug lids were in unsanitary condition (build up of grime/food debris). Ensure that blenders and lids are thoroughly washed and sanitized to prevent cross contamination and bacterial growth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in 3 compartment sink and sanitizer bucket measured at 50 ppm. New premixed sanitizer solution measured at 100 ppm from dispenser. Quats sanitizer must be at 200 ppm to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces and prevent cross contamination. Solution will be manually mixed and tested with test strips until dispenser is serviced (calling today).
Wiping cloths stored on counter. Ensure wiping cloths are stored in approved sanitizer when not in use to prevent cross contamination.

Recommendation:
Store spoons so handle faces up and the spoon portion is less likely to accidentally become contaminated.
