Corrective Action(s): Manager on site indicated that it wil be repaired this week. Dishes are currently being run through the dishwasher and can still be washed/rinsed in the first 2 compartments of the 3 comp sink.

Dishwasher has now been repaired and achieved 76.8 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level (minimum 71 deg C required)
Spoke with manager on site regarding proper manual dishwashing at the 3 compartment sink, all staff should be familiar with the process.
