Observation: Prep coolers have been adjusted and defrost cycle was changed to a 8AM (initially at noon). Prep cooler was at 8C. Middle prep cooler bottom compartment was at 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Refrigerator units need to be serviced to maintain 4C or less at all times. Service call has been arranged for today or tomorrow.

-Follow-up inspection to September 11, 2019.
-General cleaning has been carried out. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned at the end of each night and facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Prep coolers are still greater than 4C. Coolers are scheduled for service for today/tomorrow.
