Code 302 noted on Sanitation Complaint inspection # FEMI-CCBUXX of Mar-08-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishes were stored in all three sink. Correction: Follow the proper 4 steps for manual dishwashing as discussed before.Violation ticket will be considered.

Reminder: -Keep the facility clean and sanitized at all time. -All foods to be fully protected (any opened package in sealed bin any soft packaging in sealed bin). -Only bread, kebab and rice in rice cooker no other foods Closure order is lifted. Facility will resume operation tomorrow. -Sink to be installed in max one month, also proper door to be installed for washroom with self closing device.
