Observation: Cardboard box used to hold ice scoop on top of ice machine. Containers must be made of a smooth, durable surface which is easily cleanable.

Routine inspection conducted
Note: this kiosk is only open/in use during busy times (ie. seasonal). The only potentially hazardous foods processed/prepared at this kiosk are hot dogs. There is only one staff member present to operate the kiosk.

Temperatures:
Cooler 1 (nearest handsink): 3.0°C
Cooler 2 (nearest door): 3.2°C
Cooler 3 (back area): 4.4°C
Hot dog: 70.8°C

Sanitation:
Hand washing station (2 compartment sink) equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
QUAT spray sanitizer available; measured 400ppm

General:
Ice machine clean; please remove plastic film covering side of machine
Food (e.g. sandwiches) stored in coolers are prepared at the main kitchen (Duffey's) and then brought over each day
Staff member in the Canal Kiosk has valid FOODSAFE.
