Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source. Equipment in good working order. Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated hand scoop. Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 3-compartment sink in use. Quat sanitizer in use at 200 ppm. Dishwasher final rinse at 73.6C at the plate. Chemical test strips and logs available. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Note: Health Permit is water damaged and may need replacement in the near future. Replacement forms provided to manager. Holding units: Cooler units holding at 4C and below. Stand up freezer at -19C. Recommendation: Brooms, folded stepping ladder and equipment are stored near and under the kitchen hand sink and may prevent access or create tripping hazards. I would recommend a little organization so there are no tripping hazards and ensure easy access to hand washing. Overall, facility well maintained and in compliance.
