Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C.
NOTE: Continue to store small amount of food in inserts as discussed at this time.
- 200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle.
- Low temperature achieved minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
- Foods obtained from approved sources.
- Back storage area satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity observed.
NOTE: Ensure to have the back screen door properly closed to avoid any gap forming at the bottom as shown at this time.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
