Both pipes are greasy, discolored and with black residue. Corrective Action(s): Clean detergent and sanitizer line. Keep them out of sink. They are to be placed in the sink only when dispensing detergent and sanitizer is needed. maintain these lines in good working order. If cleaning not possible replace them. Routine inspection - Hand washing stations are maintained. - All coolers are at or below 4C - walk in Freezer at or below -18C - Pizza hot holding and handling procedure is followed. Unsold pizza discarded after 90 minutes. - 2 compartment sink dishwashing were discussed. - Approved sanitizer bottles are available. - Reminder: ensure your permit is posted at front so that is visible to customers. - No obvious sign of pest at this date.
