-Walk in cooler floor is replaced with proper flooring thanks:)
- Dishwasher is installed : high temperature, temp >71 oC at plate (180 oF at gauge) after 2 run, ensure temp is 180 oF
*Ensure to monitor temperature of dishwasher and record it in log sheet.
- Temp. all coolers & freezers are satisfactory
- Quats sanitizer > 200 ppm
- Paper Towel & liquid soap are provided, one sink is designated hand wash sink in the back and paper towel & liquid soap are provided
- No sign of pests noted
- General sanitation is satisfactory at time of used.
- Good Food storage noted
- Soft Ice cream / Gelato machine is being used at time of visit , no issues noted
- Dipper wells are working for scoops
- No sign of mold in Ice machine noted
* Some fruit flies noted in the back, ensure to consult with pest control technician to control it.
