Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two bins of surface sanitizer measured <50ppm QUAT concentration. Operator prepared three bins of surface sanitizer at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure to change out the sanitizer daily.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following areas:
- along the walls of the washroom.
- along the back wall.
- underneath the back sinks.

The operator implements own pest control management system. Multiple mouse traps observed throughout the back and side.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the droppings using appropriate disinfectants and sanitizers (diluted bleach). Install additional mouse traps throughout the facility.

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- Three compartment warewashing sinks available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Operating Permit posted.
- Washroom appears to be in sanitary condition.
