Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BJRPZX: Walk in cooler serviced. Ambient air temperature 1-3 degrees C. Cooler temperature gauge now reading 1-2 degrees C. Operator's thermometer placed inside reading 40 degrees F. Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers on a daily basis. Take necessary corrective action when temperatures are not in compliance.
