After meat is sliced off the cone, the meat is cooked on the grill (secondary cooking step)
Bleach solution containing chlorine is >200ppm. Recommend reducing the concentration to 100-200ppm as too much bleach can be a skin irritant
No signs of pest activity observed
General sanitation of the premises requires work in the kitchen area
Note: 1) Clean and remove the dust from the fans in the walk in cooler
2) Remove the cardboard on the floor in the walk in cooler. Cardboard can absorb moisture and cannot be cleaned
