Follow up inspection conducted in response to a correction order issued on October 20, 2022 (Report no. ANAN-CKDTWF) The front two coolers have been repaired. The ambient temperatures for both were of 4 degrees Celsius or below. Ensure the cooler temperatures are regularly monitored and accurately documented. The coolers may resume regular use. The invoice showing ventilation hood cleaning was provided to the inspector on site. The sticker on the ventilation hood had not been updated. Ensure records are kept on site for review. Correction order rescinded.
