Follow up inspection:
-Cleaning improvements were noted to the floor, hard-to-reach areas, and exterior surfaces of coolers and freezers. Build-up was removed from the backdoor floor area.
-Please continue cleaning hard-to-reach areas behind and below equipment at least on weekly basis to prevent build-up from accumulating.
-Cardboard was removed from the upright freezer and upright cooler.
-Handsinks in the back food prep. area and front servery area had adequate clearance around them and were not obstructed.
-Staff member had chlorine sanitizer setup in a spray bottle in the back kitchen. They setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in a bucket with wiping cloth upon verbal direction by the district EHO to use in the food prep. area to prevent any accidental spray of chlorine into food products. It was reviewed that the bleach water in the bucket should be changed frequently (e.g. morning, lunch, evening time) to maintain 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer and changed whenever it becomes cloudy/contains debris.
