- 1 hot-holding drawer <60C at time of inspection. Contents were discarded (held for max 2 hours) at the time of inspection. Recommend ensuring this drawer maintains >60C even if food is discarded every 2 hours.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles, buckets and from dispenser at 200ppm
- Premise was clean and well maintained at the time of inspection
- Dish washer reaches >71C at surface of dishes during final rinse cycle
- Temperature logs are maintained
