Observation: Walk-in freezer temperature is at 0.3 degC. The foods in the freezer are not frozen.
Corrective Action(s): Get the freezer serviced. This is a recurring issue. The freezer must be able to maintain a temperature of -18 degC (0 degF) or below.

Observation: Some cleaning is required. Clean cupboards and floor under the 2 sinks in the front service area.

Observation: -A few of the cupboards are missing doors. These have not been replaced since the last inspection report. Manager has mentioned that renovations are supposed to start this December.
-The lid on the sugar bin has cracked and duct tape is being used to hold it in place.
Corrective Action(s): -If renovations do not start before the end of this year, replace the missing doors on the cupboards.
-Replace any cracked/broken lids. Do not use duct tape to hold them together.
