Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoops were removed at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 24, 2016.
-Deli slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Raw foods were properly stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-Did not observe any double stacking of foods at the time of inspection.
-Upright cooler unit (right side) is no longer being used. Left side was at 0C and right side was at 11C.
