-no eating/drinking observed in kitchen areas
-ice scooper in washable container atop ice machine -ice machine cavity clean and appears sanitized -ensure to do regularly to prevent buildup of mold
-Low temperature Dishwasher >50ppm chlorine residual at plate level
-wiping towels contained in sanitizer when not actively used >200ppm QUAT residual
-Daily Log sheets maintained for fridges and washer
-Health Permit relocated to a conspicuous location for the public
