2. Observed pizza cutting table with cutters left on the table. Table and cutters were not cleaned at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize all handles of all equipment. Ensure to perform thorough cleaning regularly. Required operator to wash and sanitize the cutters left on the table. When not in use, all utensils must be cleaned and sanitzed before next usage.
