Handsink freely accessible Spray sanitizer bottle ~ 200 ppm chlorine detectable --> reminder to make fresh each week. Operator has attempted to place salad insert in ice water bath, but insert floated due to ice melt. Product temperature 7 deg. C at bottom --> suggest using an insulated container to house CRUSHED ice for better results; use probe thermometer to verify.
