Meat slicer maintained insanitary condition today
No food being cooled at time of inspection
All dry pasta stored on top part of cooler
Discussed to use the pesto and onion mix during lunch rush only and to place the condiments back to undercounter cooler after lunch rush
->please talk to technician to identify issue and come up with a way to maintain temperature in the middle section of the pizza topping cooler
Mice droppings in dough mixer room removed but droppings around dishpit area were still present
-> please have staffs clean this area as discussed
Activity also noticed in hallway where hot water tank is and floor cleaning should be more regular to monitor for pest activity
Last pest control report reviewed onsite
Hole sealing has been scheduled this weekend, please ensure identified entry points in hot water tank hallway and dishpit area are properly closed to prevent entry
