-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright freezers were at -10C and -12C.
-Under counter coolers were at or below 4C.
-Customer area coolers were at 4C and 2C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded 7 times a day. Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-Foods are checked upon receiving to ensure there are no issues with the items.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 78C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser tested at 200ppm. Sanitizers are changed as needed, based on usage.
-Coffee machine attachments are disinfected with Quats sanitizing solution after each use.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced monthly by professional pest control services. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Staff have valid FoodSafe Level 1.
