Observation: Fruit flies observed in premise
Corrective Action(s): Fruit flies were observed under the hand wash sink in the front (near the washroom area) and a few were flying around the kitchen area. Please ensure fly traps are used to control flies and also ensure regular cleaning is conducted in all areas. Recommend placing traps around the hand sinks and donut display areas. Premise is serviced by a licensed pest control company once per month and on an as needed basis. Observed one fruit fly trap in the kitchen which may need to be replaced - please consult with your pest control technician.

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -15 to -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage and display practices are generally good.
Storage areas are generally organized.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
Quats sanitizer (spray bottle and bucket) - 200 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 71 degrees Celsius as per thermal label.
