Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher final rinse measured at 64c and 65c after several runs. Must be a minimum of 71c (At plate level)
Correction: DIshwasher may be used to wash. Sanitizing sink to be used to sanitize utensils using 100ppm bleach. Soak for a 2 minutes then air dry.
Sink set up with approx 150ppm bleach at time of inspection.
Comments

Dishwasher final rinse temperature raised to 140F. Final rinse recorded at 73c (At plate level)
Set up monitoring log as discussed in previous inspection report.
