Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Repeat: Raw whole eggs stored above ready-to-eat products in stand-up cooler.
2. Repeat: Measuring cup with no handle observed stored in a container of rice.
3. Bag of rice stored directly on the floor.
4. In-use rice scoop stored in room temperature water in front area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Eggs were moved. Raw eggs are to stored below all other foods to prevent the spread of germs.
2. Scoop was removed. Use a scoop with a handle to get rice from the bin to prevent the spread of germs.
3. Rice was moved off the floor. Store rice 6 inches off the floor to prevent the spread of germs.
4. Rice was placed in ice water. Store rice scoop in water with ice to prevent the spread of germs.

Corrections Needed:
- Covid-19 Safety Plan on site but not complete. Complete Covid-19 Safety Plan listing all things you do to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
- Ensure staff are doing Daily Health Checks. It is advised to keep a written copy of all health checks for 30 days.

Observations During Inspection:
- All coolers at 4 C or below
- No food observed at room temperature
- All freezer at -18 C
- Accurate thermometers in all units
- Chlorine sanitizer available at 200 ppm
- Hand sinks stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- Sinks were not obstructed during inspection
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.2 C at dish surface
- Clean dishes stored seperately form dirty dishes in dish area
- Cooler seals clean and in good conditon
- Knifes stored clean in knife racks
- Chemicals stored sepeartely from food items
- No signs of pests
- Pest control company monitors
- FoodSafe Certified staff on site

- Tables have been moved to allow 2 meter distancing
- Premises located in food court of Guildford Mall which has Health and Safety Measures posted on website for mall.
Mall monitors occupancy limits, provides one-way floor markers, provides floor markers indicating 2 m distance between patrons, and provides COVID-19 signage in mall.
