-Follow-up inspection to July 23, 2018.
-Kitchen handwash station had hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Hot water was turned off at the last inspection. Ensure both hot and cold water is kept on at all times.
-Both bar and back handwash stations had single use paper towels.
-Kitchen employee observed practicing proper hand hygiene practices with single use gloves.
-General cleaning of equipment has been carried out. Facility was found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Light shield along the cook line has been replaced.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled. Ensure bottles are relabelled as needed.
