-All coolers are below 4 degC
-Freezer's below -18 degC
-Dishwasher rinse temperature was 79 degC at plate level
-200ppm bleach solution is available for sanitizing purposes
-Handsinks are fully equipped
-YANGNYEOM sauce was sent to the lab for testing on Sept. 18, 2017 for pH testing only. The pH of the product was 4.53. Based on the test result and the U.S. Food code 2013 table A, the sauce is considered non-TCS food (i.e.) non-potentially hazardous foods and CAN be kept out at room temperature.
