Corrective Action(s): Ensure to replace sanitizer buckets frequently (i.e. when heavily soiled).
Have sanitizer dispenser repaired/calibrated, manually portion out sanitizer into sink until fixed.

- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection, pest control is on contract
