Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice spatula observed to be stored in stagnant water. Water measured at 23 C. Spatulas need to be stored in a clean and dry area or on ice. Replenish ice when melted. Sanitize spatula prior to use.
Food observed to be stored in walk in cooler without any covers and bottom of container touching food.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure bottom of containers do not touch food. Provide covers for food in coolers.
