Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Time logs maintained for potentially hazardous food products stored at room temperature. Food products on display were within the 2 hour room time storage period. Extra baked goods were stored in the large hot holding oven in the back food preparation area. Temperature for oven unit was at 60C .
2 compartment sink satisfactory. 1 compartment was filled with a 100ppm chlorine solution.
Walk-in cooler at 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Front display coolers were less than 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Hot case for steam buns was at 60C.
Liquid pasteurized eggs used for baked goods.
Chlorine sanitizer was at 100ppm.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Hand washing station in the back food preparation area was satisfactory.
Temperature logs maintained for cooler units.
