Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas using bleach and water solution. Monitor for pest activity. Operator does have a pest control company contracted out. Reports were on-site for the last 2 months. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Some minor cleaning required. Corrective Action(s): Clean the drawers across from the sandwich prep cooler, inside of the display coolers, and the fan grate in the food prep area. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Knobs are missing on the pull out drawers. Corrective Action(s): Replace the missing knobs.
