Corrective Action(s): Ensure all PHF are kept under 4 C or after 4 hours is discarded. Pearls and taro root discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot holding unit with beef & potatoes and insert with beef & onion noted at 45- 50 C. Water in unit appears low, food is not covered.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure PHF is maintained at or above 60 C. Fill water, cover food and turn up unit. Food noted above 60 C at end of inspection.
Noted on past inspections. Order issued. If PHF is noted below 60 C next inspection then progressive enforcement of ticketing may be used.

Observation: No bleach available on site for sanitizing dishes. Bubble tea machine noted with old dried, sticky food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure bleach is available to sanitize dishes. 50-100 ppm chlorine must be used for sanitizing step. Sanitize all equipment after use and any spills.

-Ice machine no longer in use at this location. Remove equipment that is not required for operation of the premises.
-Noted tofu and other foods are prepared and package in Burnaby location is not labelled and sold as retail onsite. Do not sell food without labels. Pull food until proper labels are put on containers/packaging.
